1 can beets, drained
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with: 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup splender or sugar, 1/4 cup beet juice. Microwave 1 minute and whisk until thickened. Add the beets and pineapples, stir and refrigerate.
